About the Role

We’re looking for passionate Senior WHSE Advisors and WHSE Advisors to join our team and play a pivotal role in upcoming solar farm projects across the East Coast. This position involves FIFO work on a 2/1 roster, tailored to meet project needs. As a WHSE Advisor, you will be essential in upholding top safety and compliance standards for this exciting renewable energy initiative.

• Location: FIFO Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney
• Roster: 2/1 Roster

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Corporate and Project WHSE Managers to identify and resolve system gaps.
• Lead risk assessments and safety reviews.
• Advocate for behavioural safety and innovative practices.
• Manage on-site WHSE documentation and investigate incidents.
• Analyse safety data to identify trends and issues.
• Mentor WHSE Advisors and cultivate a strong safety culture.
• Engage with employees and contractors to support Monford’s safety initiatives and ensure safe project delivery.

About You

You’re a talented professional who:

• Senior WHSE Advisors: Holds a relevant Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of industry experience.
• WHSE Advisors: Holds a minimum Cert IV WHS & 2+ years of industry experience.
• Has a thorough understanding of WHSE legislation.
• Exhibits a proactive, self-motivated attitude with a track record in organisational safety and business transformation.
• Is adaptable to new technologies as we move towards a paperless environment.
