About the Role

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Document Controller to join us to work on multiple renewable energy construction projects. This role will be based in the Head Office and you will provide hands on knowledge and expertise in ensuring efficient document management and control process. In addition, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and alert key stakeholders to changes in company templates, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to design and develop document management training modules.
  • Ensuring document registers are maintained and are current
  • Ensure document control process and information within document control systems is compliant with project procedures and corporate information standards
  • Initiate workflows for the review and approval of documentation

About You

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Document Control.
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller in the Construction / Renewables sector
  • Strong understanding of document control processes
  • Proficient in document management software
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders.
  • High level attention to detail with strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • The ability to work in fast paced environment and be able to prioritise, multitask and think on your feet.
