About the Role

We are excited to offer opportunities for WHSE Advisors at the Glenellen Solar Farm in Albury. Join us on either a Monday to Friday or a 2/1 roster and play a key role in enhancing safety systems, conducting risk assessments, and driving positive change in behavioral safety. You'll manage WHSE documentation, investigate incidents, and analyse safety data to maintain our high standards. This role is perfect for those passionate about promoting and upholding a proactive safety culture in a leading renewable energy project.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • A relevant Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of related experience in WHSE roles.
  • A comprehensive understanding of WHSE legislation.
  • A self-motivated and diligent work ethic, striving to achieve the highest standards in organisational safety and business transformation.
  • We proudly maintain the highest standards of occupational health and safety with our 450001 accreditation. Experience working within this framework is highly advantageous.
  • Adaptability to new technologies as we progress towards a paperless environment at MFG.
