About the Role

With a mix of head office and on-site work, you’ll design and deliver engaging training programs, manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS), and create digital content that keeps teams informed and ahead of the game. You'll also collaborate with IT and operational teams to refine system functionality, analyse data for accuracy and compliance, and work with subject matter experts to develop practical, high-impact training content. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and bringing training to life across our projects.
