About The Opportunity

 

Our AMEE team (Africa, Middle East and Europe) is currently searching for a Lead Generation Specialist located in South Africa or the UK. In this role you will create new client opportunities by proactively calling prospective customers to introduce Micromine’s products.

 

Reporting to the Regional Manager, AMEE, your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Working closely with the marketing team to prepare plans to identify potential clients
  • Developing call scripts for approaching new leads that are in line with new product releases, marketing strategies and other initiatives
  • Contacting new prospects within the AMEE region and presenting Micromine’s solutions
  • Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and product launches when required
  • Sharing market intelligence gathered during discussions with prospective customers

 

About You

 

You will have a proven background in sales and/or business development positions with a successful history of cold calling.

 

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

 

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Strong time management and prioritization skills

·      Experience with software sales (nice to have)

·      Exposure to the mining industry (nice to have)
