About The Opportunity
You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our Micromine Spry clients. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that our clients' needs are met and that we continue to grow our business partnerships.
- Account management of new & existing customers, with a focus on retention and identifying growth opportunities
- Preparing business plans to identify potential areas for commercial growth.
- Contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of sales plans and budgets.
- Identifying and developing strategically beneficial relationships with key clients, partners, as well as industry and government bodies.
About You
You will have a proven background in as an Account Manager with ideally a background in the Mining industry.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
- A proven background within sales position, or exposure to working directly with sales or account management teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant sales methodology training (desirable).
- Experience in the mining / geology industry is highly desired.
