About The Opportunity
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing marketing activities for the Americas region, with a focus on delivering in-person, hybrid and digital events for Micromine.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Americas, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the tradeshow strategy across the Americas region, as well as in-house and virtual events as needed
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns along with relevant content
- Support global product launches and major releases with local go-to-market strategies
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Ensure all local marketing efforts align with brand standards and guidelines
About You
You will be an experienced and well-rounded marketing professional .
Other key skills, experience and qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally for a B2B technology or SaaS business.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and managing corporate events (in-person, hybrid, virtual)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience with LinkedIn advertising
- Ability to monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyse results, undercover audience insights and make recommendations for improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- Exposure to mining desirable but not essential
