We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, curious and motivated Internal Communications Advisor to join our Media and Communications team on a 12-month maternity cover.

The Internal Communications Advisor is responsible for internal communications to support day-to-day business information sharing within APAC. The function provides expert support to the business through the provision of best practice internal communication insights; experience in implementing effective internal communication, change communication, and employee engagement campaigns; and high-quality advice. Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with the corporate scorecard.
  • Film and edit the weekly APAC news bulletin
  • Work closely with the ELT and Heads Of Departments to deliver clear, concise, and purposeful communications that demonstrate how we are collectively working towards the scorecard.
  • Increase employee engagement of our dispersed team through internal communications, showcasing our Employee Value Proposition.
  • Plan and deliver internal communication events including, All Staff Briefings and Open Mics.
  • Provide advice on strategies for internal communications channels/platforms to improve how information is accessed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the efficacy of internal communications where possible.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualifications in communications, publishing or journalism,
  • Demonstrated work experience in internal communications or corporate affairs
  • Outstanding writer and editor who can synthesise complex concepts into clear, accessible, relevant language
  • Experienced in business and developing content that helps build a connected, engaged internal community with a positive culture
  • Motivation and experience in process improvements and stakeholder management preferably in complex operating environments
