Medical Imaging Manager
Permanent Full Time – 80 hours per fortnight
Classification: Dependent on experience
Award: Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2026
We are seeking a values-driven leader to join our organisation as the head department leading the team into our new build over the next 6 months. In this role, you will be responsible for working with and leading a dynamic team to establish the operations, objectives, and culture of an innovative business unit, ensuring the delivery of a high quality, safe, accredited medical imaging service whilst promoting the values of MDHS as a quality Imaging Service Provider.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven leadership skills with 5+ years overseeing teams and managing complex projects
- Ability to inspire a team based on strong ethical values and lead by example
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to connect with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinking skills to develop the vision and key initiatives for a new department
- Change management expertise to guide an organization through growth and evolution
- Embrace and promote the values of MDHS – Genuine, Respect, Excellence, Accountability & Togetherness
