We currently have a vacancy for a dynamic Nurse leader, who drives excellence in patient outcomes and team performance. We are searching for someone who is skilled at working in fast-paced environments, has experience in managing a budget and has a patient safety and quality focus.

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations and lead a team of nurses. In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Managing and developing nursing staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management
· Ensuring optimal staffing levels to provide safe, high quality patient care
· Collaborating with VMO's and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
· Monitoring patient outcomes, satisfaction scores, and safety and quality key performance indicators
· Managing the nursing department budget and identifying opportunities to control costs
To be successful in this position, candidates must have:
· Registration with Ahpra as Registered Nurse
· Previous management experience in a hospital setting
· Demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
· Expertise in evidence-based nursing practices and patient safety principles
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
