Pharmacist

Fixed Term Contract - Permanent Part-Time 64 hours per fortnight

In this role, you'll:

• Counsel patients on proper medication use and health management
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Stay up-to-date on the latest treatments and pharmacy best practices

We need someone who:

• Has clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital
• Can communicate complex information clearly and compassionately
• Enjoys helping people and has a patient-first mentality
• Works well independently and also collaborates smoothly with doctors, nurses, and other pharmacy staff
