We are seeking an innovative and dynamic medical leader to join our team at MDHS, following the exciting opening of our brand-new $115 million development. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare delivery in the thriving Central Goldfields region.

You will work closely with our Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) to:

• Review our current medical model and develop a sustainable plan that ensures MDHS continues to deliver exceptional care across the health continuum
• Lead key strategic projects to position MDHS for ongoing success
• Guide and inspire our clinical teams through a period of rapid growth and change
