Join and lead our People & Culture Team!
We're looking for an experienced and talented manager to lead our People & Culture team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing People & Culture strategies that align with organizational goals
- Fostering employee engagement through feedback and recognition programs,
- Leading talent acquisition and onboarding processes,
- Overseeing the management and processing of payroll,
- Leading return to work processes,
- Managing employee relations and conflict resolution, and;
- Analyzing workforce metrics to inform decision-making.
