Join and lead our People & Culture Team!

We're looking for an experienced and talented manager to lead our People & Culture team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing People & Culture strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Fostering employee engagement through feedback and recognition programs,
  • Leading talent acquisition and onboarding processes,
  • Overseeing the management and processing of payroll,
  • Leading return to work processes,
  • Managing employee relations and conflict resolution, and;
  • Analyzing workforce metrics to inform decision-making.
