We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate After Hours Manager to oversee our residential care facility during evenings, nights, and weekends. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day operations and staffing for our 19-bed facility, which includes 2 TCP beds and 2 acute hospital beds
  • Promoting and upholding optimum standards of care to improve outcomes for residents and their families
  • Demonstrating strong collaborative leadership and acting as a clinical role model for your team
  • Efficiently and effectively managing the core business of the facility after hours

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to oversee staff and operations outside of business hours. You should have experience in healthcare leadership roles along with stellar communication and interpersonal abilities. We want someone who is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care and supporting our staff.
