Mansfield District Hospital (MDH) is seeking a number of Associate Nurse Unit Managers (ANUM) to join the leadership team in our Acute Ward. The ANUM role is to assist the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) in the overall clinical and administrative management of the ward, deputising for the NUM as required. As such, the ANUM is responsible for management of the ward in the absence of the NUM; providing clinical leadership, supporting decision making and ensuring the consistent delivery of Great Care.
To be successful in this role you should possess extensive clinical experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to relate to staff, patients, relatives/ carers and other health care providers.
