Mansfield District Hospital (MDH) is located in Victoria’s scenic high country, at the foot of Mount Buller and on the shores of Lake Eildon, only two hours from Melbourne.
At Mansfield District Hospital, we provide care for all life stages and critical health needs. This includes acute hospital care, urgent care, operating theatre, obstetrics with a midwifery group practice model, aged care, regional district nursing service for in-home care and our allied health services.
The ANUM role is to assist the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) in the overall clinical and administrative management of Bindaree Retirement Hostel, deputising for the NUM as required. As such, the ANUM is responsible for management of Bindaree in the absence of the NUM; providing clinical leadership, supporting decision making, supporting and developing key quality indicator projects/portfolios and ensuring the consistent delivery of Great Care.
To be successful in this role you should possess extensive clinical experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to relate to staff, patients, relatives/ carers and other health care providers.
