The Opportunity:

M&C Saatchi is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer designs and implements information technology systems to support the enterprise infrastructure. In this role, it is your responsibility tol ensure that all systems are working at optimal levels and support the selection and implementation of new technologies and system requirements. It is the responsibility of the Senior Infrastructure Engineer leads and directs a team of engineers and reports directly to the IT Manager.

A snapshot of what you'll do:

• Analysis of existing systems to ensure objectives are aligned with business requirements and being met.
• Ensure the security of company data by conducting regular reviews, ensuring security best practices are followed and security policies are enforced.
• Ensure business is compliant with data governance requirements and software licensing
• Minimise risk by ensuring appropriate security protocols are developed
• Prepare and align IT infrastructure roadmap with business strategy by consulting key stakeholders across the business including user experience analysis
• Ongoing consultation with business for ongoing continuous improvement and proactive management
• User experience analysis to design fit for purpose infra solutions
• Develop and recommend technology and infrastructure solutions in line with roadmap
• Project planning and implementation

Your idea experience:

• Demonstrated experience working as an Senior Infrastructure Engineer or Infrastructure Lead / Senior Systems & Network Engineer in medium to large organisations
• Strong technical knowledge across Windows OS, VMWare, Active Directory, Azure AD, routing & switching, Wifi, backups, firewalls, SCCM Intune, Azure Cloud, etc. 
• Previous experience in managing projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, MCSA, MCP and VCP
