The Opportunity:

Greenhouse is looking for an Account Executive on a fixed-term contract until the end of December. This person is responsible for the coordination of integrated advertising projects and support across administrative tasks. 

A snapshot of what you'll do:

• Gain a deep understanding of the client’s business at an operational level 
• Actively monitors the competition and keeps the team informed on market trends and new competitor activity
• Actively seeks to participate in internal training & external educational opportunities – particularly focused on agreed areas of development
• Coordinate project resource, ensuring key departments and stakeholders are aware of project scope, timings and budget
• Accurate and timely filing of documentation
• Coordinates the wider Account Management team to ensure that timings are met each month for revenue analysis and forecasting
• Plus much more!

Skills & Attributes:

• Work experience as an under-graduate, or experience working as Intern or Account Executive level in an Advertising, PR, Marketing, Communications or similar environment
• Worked in a multi disciplinary team environment
• Experience working on advertising campaigns and comms projects is ideal
• Strong time management and organisational skills 
• Knowledge of Advertising: TV, radio, print production, sponsorships & other emerging media including digital; web, email, mobile
