The Opportunity:

Greenhouse is looking for an Account Manager for a fixed-term contract until the end of December. This person is responsible for the management of integrated advertising projects from brief to completion, with accountability for the elements of those projects under their remit.

A snapshot of what you'll do:

  • Gain a deep understanding of their Client’s business at an operational level
  • Delivery of fully integrated campaigns leveraging all disciplines including advertising, CRM and digital communications
  • Organise project resource, ensure tasks are completed within scope and timings and budget (work with Workflow and Producer roles)
  • Proactively manage briefs, timelines, WIPs, job numbers and estimates
  • Build and nurture great working relationships with the wider agency team by actively listening and seeking guidance  
  • Develop a strong, trusted and respectful relationship with the Client’(s) external agency partners 
  • Contribute to strategic briefing, development, discussion and writing of well-thought through creative briefs
  • Plus much more!

Skills & Attributes:

  • Previous experience working in Account Executive or Account Manager roles (Account Management or Project Management roles within a Creative or Comms Agency environment)
  • Proven experience managing campaigns and comms projects
  • Knowledge of Advertising: TV, radio, print production, sponsorships & other emerging media including digital; web, email, mobile
  • Passionate about great ideas, underpinned by commitment to delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a confident, credible presenter
