About the role

As CRM Administrator, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer journey by improving and maintaining our HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and other enterprise systems. In this role, you’ll harness your technical expertise to drive efficiency, improve functionality, and collaborate with the wider team to drive system improvements.

Your responsibilities will include (but are certainly not limited to):

  • CRM Development & Configuration: Collaborate with key users to optimize processes within HubSpot, design and implement custom CRM solutions, and develop integrations to improve system efficiency. Enhance automation, workflows, and business rules for improved operations.
  • System Administration & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, perform daily admin tasks (user setup, roles, permissions), and ensure system performance and updates. Conduct thorough testing of CRM features and integrations to maintain accuracy, data integrity and user experience.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Manage data quality, deduplicate information, perform uploads/migrations, and support reporting and analytics within the CRM platform. Stay updated on CRM trends to enhance functionality.
  • User Support & Training: Offer technical support, maintain documentation, provide user training, and advise on best practices for CRM adoption and efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to translate needs into CRM solutions, participate in Agile practices, and provide expertise in CRM modules to maximise system capabilities.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure CRM systems comply with IT security and data protection policies, manage user permissions, audit security, and report any suspicious activity.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience specialising as a System Administrator for Hubspot CRM with the ability to configure, troubleshoot and drive system improvements.
  • Strong technical proficiency in system configurations, integrations, API Connections, and process automation.
  • Expertise in managing sensitive contact data, customer records, and reporting functionalities.
  • Knowledge of on-premises and cloud-based SaaS applications, including hybrid environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently converse and collaborate with the wider team.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM Admin, HubSpot Marketing Hub). Would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for minor HubSpot customizations.
  • Ability to analyse CRM data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Python, Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, and database principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and other Azure services.
  • Proficiency in network configuration and IT security.
