Due to stable growth, we are currently looking for experienced Foremen to support our Brisbane team. We are seeking self-motivated Foremen looking for a longer-term career with a successful builder and a solid pipeline of projects.

You will:

• Be passionate about quality.
• Always think safety first.
• Have a positive can-do attitude and leads from the front.
• Be planned - do your own look aheads, knowing exactly where program needs to be and how to achieve this.
• Enjoy a variety of work and being challenged to learn new skills to progress your career.
• Won't be afraid of being hands on with the team and out and about on site to ensure we are all working towards the same goals.
• Have no trouble building strong relationships and communicating effectively with everyone around you.
• Have prior experience working in commercial construction on similar projects.

It will be your mission to achieve overall safe management, performance and successful delivery of projects on time and on budget, progressing your career while doing it!
