We have a fantastic opportunity for HSE Advisor who wish to join a supportive company that drives safety, quality and building strong relationships with clients and subbies, while leading a team to deliver excellence and have fun while doing it.
The role
At McNab our Health Safety and Environment Advisors are proactive construction professionals who manage safety through leading by example on site on a daily basis and understanding building processes to work collaboratively with the site team they are a part of. It will be your mission to maintain and lead the overall safety management of your projects.
In addition to this, we're looking for someone who:
- Has a dedicated and committed approach to a Safety First culture
- Demonstrates solid experience as a health and safety professional on commercial construction sites
- Has strong leadership and communication skills
- Is willing and able to be routinely visible on site
- Is team oriented - supporting and working with your team
- Has a proven track record influencing a diverse group of people
- Must have a minimum qualification of a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety or equivalent. A trade qualification is also highly desirable
