About you

• You have previous experience as a Site Manager delivering projects ideally from commencement to completion.
• You have an appreciation for complex high-end builds and want to lead a large site team to deliver this type of product.
• You build strong relationships with all on site and create a culture that motivates productivity.
• You possess leadership skills that drive programme and bring out the best in your team and subbies.
• You are extremely safety and quality aware and ensure the highest safety and quality standards on site for the team and subbies.
• You operate a clean and organised site and understand this is key to success.
• You have a commercial view, understand the importance of cost and project requirements and can make informed decisions.
• You are looking for a supportive, team orientated company, progression and a stable and secure career path.
