An excellent opportunity is available for a motivated individual to commence an Apprenticeship in Bricklaying and Blocklaying with a well-established Devonport‑based construction company, MBT Apprentice Services.

This apprenticeship is with a company that predominantly operates in the commercial construction sector, offering exposure to a variety of projects and high-quality workmanship.

About the Role:

  • Learn bricklaying and blocklaying techniques under the guidance of experienced tradespeople
  • Assist with construction works on commercial building sites
  • Develop skills in reading plans, setting out, mixing materials, and safe tool use
  • Work as part of a team while building a solid trade career

  • Keen interest in a career in the building and construction industry
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
  • Able to follow instructions and work safely on site
  • White Card (or willingness to obtain one)
