Mas National, as part of the IntoWork Group, are expanding their team with a Careers & Mentoring Specialist.
The primary focus of the role is mentoring key client groups, including women in trade, those living with disability and First Nations. In addition, you will provide careers advice to prospective apprentices and support current apprentices.

Who you are:
- Have great experience working with Australian Apprentices, particularly in one or more of the following key priority groups: First Nations, apprentices living with a disability, women in non-traditional trades and rural.
- VET sector experience (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in planning, developing & managing mentoring programs
- Strong influencing skills & great relationship building capabilities
