Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring every guest feels valued.
• Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring timely, accurate delivery and high standards of presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive, engaging atmosphere.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback efficiently, always with a focus on delivering a memorable experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not essential – we’re happy to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests and team members alike.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including public holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest service.

Qualifications:

• A current QLD RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is essential for the role.
