As a Recruitment Consultant your role is to work with both clients and candidates to find a successful match. You will use and enhance your business development and sales talents to identify and secure new prospects and clients whilst maintaining relationships with existing ones to ensure an exceptional standard of service is delivered.

About you
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant who can demonstrate:
- 360 temp/perm recruitment
- Experience within Blue Collar recruitment is mandatory
- Highly sales driven with the ability to generate new business opportunities
- Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously to achieve sales targets
- Customer focused with excellent relationship building skills
- Sales experience
- Good communication both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
