The Role 

  • Your role within this practice will be to manage a desk for contract and permanent placements in IT recruitment
  • Develop new business through consistent sales activity and maintain industry networks and your personal brand
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients and candidates 
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including business development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checking 
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure timely and effective placement of open roles 
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates 
  • Keep up to date with market trends and changes in the IT recruitment industry 
  • Collaborate with other recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates

What are we looking for in you? 

This is a recruitment role with a heavy focus on sales and candidate management, to be successful you will need to demonstrate:
