Talent Solutions is looking for a Candidate Experience Partner to join our established team working on site with our client in Parramatta. As the Candidate Experience Partner, you’ll manage very important aspects of the candidate experience within the program. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, you will play a very active role and drive customer outcomes in line with their talent acquisition needs and expectations.
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team of six onsite resources, supported by CORE, your key responsibilities will include:
- Full Time role
- Individual AU contributor
- Drives continuous improvement across the CX (candidate experience)
- Completing administration tasks for candidate applications across the end to end application process
- Addressing general candidate queries on process and status of applications
- Coordinating candidate assessments and checks via various technology platforms
- Administration of Candidate and Hiring Manager process documents and surveys
- Works with CORE (Centre of Recruiting Excellence) for overflow tasks
- Technology: LiveHire
- Preparation of client invoicing
- Assistance with Preparation of key client reports
- Drive program awareness and value proposition, build brand and program credibility
- Educate and engage with all user groups as required
