About the role
As a Business Development Manager, you will sell across all Talent Solutions service offerings including RPO, MSP, Projects, and Workforce Training Solutions, as well as provide leads for ManpowerGroup across all brands. You will be responsible for developing and managing a qualified pipeline of opportunities with the volume, mix and velocity to meet the annual and ongoing GP and new business targets as defined. This position can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
As a Talent Solutions Business Development Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Identify new customer opportunities and proactively engage
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline to support achievement of growth targets
- End to end solution sales process management – proposals, presentations, negotiations and closing
- Demonstrate the ManpowerGroup values of People, Knowledge, and Innovation, positively representing our brand internally and externally
- Collaborate internally across our whole business and with external partners
What are we looking for in you?
- Significant recruitment solutions sales experience – RPO and / or MSP
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal
- Proven track record of sales success
- A great team player – willing to work with and support others selflessly
- Proven analytical, time management, and effective organisational skills
