The Role

  • Candidate sourcing through Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Indeed, Seek etc.
  • Candidate management- Ongoing management of candidate attraction, sourcing activities, and building active candidate pools per vertical across perm and contract. Coordinating interviews for the candidate, helping in onboarding the candidate and coordinating with the client.
  • Find and present the best IT talent available for a large range of opportunities within the Australian Federal Government landscape.
  • Using your communication and influencing skills, you will speak to, meet, and nurture relationships with IT talent to present them the best opportunities in the market.

Your Background

In order to be considered for this highly lucrative role you should have:

  • Minimum 12 months recruitment experience
  • Preferably Government vertical experience
  • Sourcing through multiple tools like Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Indeed, Seek etc.
  • An excellent can-do attitude
  • Solid organisational skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel & word skills
  • Great communication skills
