The Role

Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for building strong relationships with clients? We're excited to welcome a Sydney based Recruitment Consultant to our Manpower Specialist Temporary team who will play a pivotal role in our continued success and drive growth of the Manpower temp convenience brand.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will primarily focus on nurturing and expanding the relationships with our clients. You will build our footprint in the temp white collar business for our new areas of specialisation, Professional Services and Customer Service. This role will focus on Universities, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, IT and FMCG verticals.

Reporting to the Director of Manpower Specialist, your main emphasis will be on understanding and meeting the needs of our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Generate new revenue through a variety of business development techniques
  • Meet the client’s expectations, in terms of service delivery, quality, responsiveness, price and customer service
  • Maintain proactive relationships with our client and establish an active client call cycle to conduct service & quality reviews to monitor and improve service delivery
  • Consistently meet target levels such as number of temp placements, business development calls and client visits, reverse marketing candidate profiles in etc
  • Lead generation across ManpowerGroup
  • Maintain adequate pipeline of new business to achieve budget
  • Performance management of the temporary workers, and incident follow up
  • Build our profile within white collar Professional Services and Customer Service areas to maximise business opportunities through effective networking
  • Achievement of GP/Budget
  • Maintain regular face to face contact with associates at site
  • Ensure detailed job briefs are taken with the client and then source suitable Admin Assistants, PAs, Receptionists, Data Entry, Project Admin, Customer Service Reps, Call Centre Reps, Customer Service Managers and Case Manager candidates
  • Carry out quality performance surveys for clients
  • Produce reports as required by management

Your Background

In order to be considered for this highly lucrative role you should have:

  • An excellent can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated previous experience running a fast-paced temporary recruitment desk
  • Currently working within a recruitment agency
  • Sales and client relationship management experience
  • Ability to introduce and manage innovative staffing solutions
  • Demonstrated communications & presentation skills
  • Persuasion & influencing skills
  • Solid organisational skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel & Word skills
