The Opportunity
Our strategic priorities provide an exciting opportunity to fill a Senior Consultant position either on a casual contract or fixed-term contract basis.
We are seeking a professional, self-driven and flexible individual to join our professional team as a Career Management Consultant. You will deliver large scale, strategic, high level projects across career and talent management solutions. You may be required on client sites to deliver projects and enriching yourself within their culture.
This critical role offers great variety focussed on;
- Workshop Facilitation
- Career Coaching
- Collaboration with Delivery and Sales Leaders to help meet goals and similarly, partner with colleagues to share intellectual property, ensure alignment with Global product management and contribute to the Global success of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have;
- 8 years experience within consulting or HR
- High level project management skills
-Career and Talent Management experience
-Career coaching
-Facilitation of Workshops both virtually and in-person
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Ability to navigate stakeholders both internally and externally
- Professional manner and strong work ethic with the drive to succeed
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft applications – Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint along with experience of web based tools
- Be aligned with Right Managements’ brand attributes - fresh thinking, engaging, trustworthy, expert, forward thinking and inclusive
Must be an Australian citizen with ability to undertake security clearance in line with client requirements.
