ManpowerGroup Solutions and the Naval Shipbuilding College are looking for a Candidate Engagement Consultant to join the high performing Talent Acquisition team, situated in the South Australian naval shipbuilding industry hub at Osborne.
A dynamic, evolving Australian Government Initiative, the College is an integral part of an industry-wide enterprise to develop a nationwide, skilled and multi-generational workforce which will deliver the world’s most technologically advanced naval fleet.

What will you be doing?
Assisting a diverse range of candidates with advice on training, education and career pathways that can lead to rewarding employment within the National Naval Shipbuilding Enterprise.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be part of a friendly team supporting the Naval Shipbuilding College initiative.
As a valued member of the Talent Acquisition team your key responsibilities will include:
- High volume candidate case management
- Conducting phone interviews with candidates daily
- Promoting and raising awareness of the education and skilling paths which can lead to employment within the Enterprise.
- Identify innovative talent sourcing strategies and campaigns to attract quality candidates.
- Attending career expos and other high-profile events locally and interstate
What are we looking for in you?
- Previous customer service and or recruitment administration experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in working with databases/CRM/managing multiple systems/Applicant Tracking System (ATS) desirable
- Demonstrated strong administration skills and IT literacy, data entry and typing skills, Word, Excel and Outlook experience
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritise conflicting deliverables
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Previous/current experience in Defence, Maritime highly desirable
