MacKillop is looking for a strong administration professional to join our HR Contracts team. 12 month full time parental leave cover, with a view to ongoing.
Note, the internal position title for this role is HR Coordinator however there is an administration workload that requires a strong admin background. HR experience is not required.

About the role:
This role entails document processing in Word, generating and sending employment contracts, managing a shared Outlook mailbox, and database administration.
Reporting to the HR Manager – Engagement, the HR Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of a range of HR services, administration, compliance, procedural and operational tasks in order to support the achievement of business unit and program objectives across the organisation.
The position requires a proactive, professional, and responsible individual who demonstrates attention to detail and is able to manage competing priorities.
The HR Coordinator is also responsible for overseeing employee compliance to ensure our obligations of being a child safe organisation are met in order protect the best interests of the vulnerable children, young people and families with which we work.
This is a Fixed Term, 1 EFT until 01/12/25 opportunity based in South Melbourne, VIC within our Human Resources Program. The position reports to the HR Manager - Engagement
Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role, the incumbent will have:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Well-developed organisational and administrative skills including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with sensitive issues whilst maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
· Strong computer and IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using cloud-based computer software.
