Residential Youth Case Manager

Our Residential Caree homes provide a safe and nurturing home for our Young People. Each of our homes adopts a therapeutic approach to supporting Young People to heal and recover from the effects of abuse, neglect and separation from family. Case Managers are passionate about helping vulnerable Young People thrive.

As a Case Manager, you'll play a vital role in providing tailored support to young individuals residing in our residential homes. Collaborating closely with our dedicated team of residential care workers, leadership, and volunteers, you'll engage in active team planning sessions to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your responsibilities extend to high level case management, championing occupational health and safety practices, all while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs and services. • Hourly Rate based on SCHADS Award Level 5 dependent on qualification and experience.

Requirements

• Valid and Current Driver's Licence
• Valid and Current Workers With Children's Check
• Valid and Current NDIS Workers Screeners Check
• Satisfactory Criminal History Check
• Appropriate tertiary qualification in social work, community services or equivalent
• Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families.
