The Case Manager, Family Violence provides specialist family violence support and holistic case management to women and children escaping family violence within crisis, refuge, and outreach settings.

About the role:

The Case Manager, Family Violence will:

  • Provide specialist family violence risk assessment and support within the MARAM framework.
  • Provide holistic and individualised support planning across a range of support areas including safety, independence, well-being, housing, social inclusion, and employment.
  • Provide regular and pro-active engagement with women and children in short-and longer-term accommodation, predominantly a refuge setting.
  • Coordinate and work collaboratively with a range of services and stakeholders to support women and children reach their goals.
  • Provide specialist secondary consultation regarding the support of women and children escaping family violence.
  • Provide inclusive and client led support.

 This is a Permanent part-time opportunity (0.8FTE)

  • A Working with Children Check (Employee Version)
  • A current driver’s license are mandatory.
  • Successful appointment to the position will be subject to a National Police Check (and international if applicable)
