What You Bring:

· Generalist HR Experience: A background in HR, including sound knowledge of industrial relations framework, best practice recruitment, and WH&S

· Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll be working with stakeholders across all levels, so your ability to connect, collaborate, and communicate effectively is key.

· Proactive & Collaborative Mindset: You take initiative and work well with others to solve problems and make decisions that drive success.

· Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Adaptability: You thrive in dynamic and evolving settings and are open to learning and growth

What You’ll Do:

· Drive the Employee Lifecycle: You will take ownership of all aspects of the employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance management, and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience for employees at every stage.

· Support the HRIS Transformation: Play an integral role in the implementation of a new HRIS, Human force. This is a chance to be hands-on in a major HR technology upgrade.

· Mentorship in Performance Management: You’ll have the chance to coach and guide managers through performance management, providing feedback, managing performance issues, and ensuring consistency across the organization.

· Recruitment & Retention: Support recruitment efforts and develop retention strategies to help attract and keep the best talent, particularly in the aged care sector.

· Ensure Compliance & Reporting: Stay on top of HR compliance, manage accurate records, and prepare reports to keep senior leadership informed on HR initiatives and metrics.

· Industrial Relations Support: Provide advice on industrial relations matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agreements.
