What you'll be doing:
- Providing direct nursing care to residents, including administering medication, wound care, and other clinal interventions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Fostering a positive and supportive work environment with the team
To be successful, you'll need:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Previous Aged care
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse working
- Reliability and compassion
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members
