We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Wellbeing Team Leader to join our friendly team in Narre Warren South.

What does your new role look like?
Actively encouraging residents to participate in:
- Recreational & leisure experiences
- Well-being programs
- Individual social engagement, emotional, spiritual & cultural support
- Family & Community liaison
- Community engagement & social justice projects
- Individual social engagement & emotional support
- Assisting with care plans and programs
- Continually exploring new opportunities and programs to meet the needs of our residents
To be considered for this role, here is what we’re looking for:
You will align to our Family Values and be honest and caring. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for the residents living in the home.
Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
- Certificate 3 or 4 Individual (Ageing or Disability) Support
- Certificate 4 or Diploma in Leisure & Health
- Certificate 3 Allied Health Assistance
- Certificate 4 in Disability
- Diploma Community Services
- Food Safety Certificate
- An understanding of the Aged Care Standards, accreditation, continuous improvement and ANACC requirements.
- Proven experience within a residential aged care setting
- PCW Certificate- desirable however not essential
- Current police check Required
- Working Rights Required
- Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Highly desirable
- COVID Cover for all eligible members and boosters where suitable Highly desirable
