Up to $2400+ per week on a 50hr week
Permanent, Full Time

As our valued Mechanical Fitter, your expertise will be essential to ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, playing a crucial role in M2P's success.
Based at our Salisbury workshop, you’ll use your skills to:
- Perform maintenance, assembly, and repairs on a variety of mechanical equipment.
- Work with precision tools and machinery to deliver quality outcomes.
- Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards and is fit for purpose.
- Support ongoing project needs with your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
You’ll Make an Impact By:
- Inspecting, assembling, and installing mechanical systems with accuracy and care.
- Diagnosing faults and implementing repairs to maintain operational efficiency.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to guide your work.
- Collaborating with the team to deliver projects on time and to specification.
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Relevant trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance, assembly, and repair of mechanical systems.
- Strong skills in interpreting technical drawings and documentation.
- Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures.
- Australian work rights and a commitment to quality work.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Experience working in workshop settings.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- A proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
