Want to get hands-on in a workshop where no two days are the same? At M2P, we’re all about backing our people, working as a real team, and delivering quality without shortcuts.

We’re on the lookout for a Workshop Labourer to join our Salisbury crew. You’ll be part of a busy fabrication and maintenance environment, supporting trades, moving gear, and making sure things run smoothly and safely.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with general workshop duties and supporting trades on site
• Moving, loading and preparing materials and equipment
• Keeping the workshop clean, organised and safe
• Pitching in wherever needed to keep projects moving

What you’ll bring:

• Manual car licence
• High Risk Work Licence – Dogging/Rigging
• High Risk Work Licence – Forklift
• A team-first attitude, safety focus and willingness to learn
