Your Opportunity

• Scope: Working Underground, undertaking installation of piping, mechanical and structural works
• FIFO 2:1 roster with flights from most airports across Australia
• Start the onboarding process immediately for a January start.

Role Description

We’re calling for expressions of interest from experienced professionals to help us deliver top-quality results. We're looking for:

• Project Managers & Construction Managers
• SMP Superintendents & Supervisors
• QA/QC & Welding Inspectors
• Surveyors
• Project Engineers and Project Controls
• HSE Advisors
• Site Administrators
• Boilermakers & Pipefitters
• Mechanical Fitters
• Riggers, Scaffolders and Crane Operators
• Trades Assistants.

As part of the M2P team, you’ll be vital in ensuring project success, safety, and quality outcomes. Based onsite in NSW, you’ll collaborate with a skilled team to deliver high-quality results, meeting project milestones while upholding M2P’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll make an impact by:

• Ensuring safe and efficient project execution.
• Compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Providing technical expertise and solutions to overcome project challenges.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in these roles, you will have:

• Relevant qualifications, certifications, and licences for your role (e.g., Trade certifications, High Risk Work Licence, WHS credentials, or professional engineering qualifications).
• As part of the pre-employment screening process, you'll be required to undergo a medical, including drug and alcohol testing, and an Australian National Police Check.
• Construction Industry Card, current Confined Spaces Certification, working at heights and EWP.
• Proven experience in piping, mechanical installations, structural works, or related fields on Energy projects.
• A strong commitment to quality, safety, and collaboration within a team environment.
