At M2P, we don’t just estimate projects—we make them happen. If you have a boilermaking trade background and expertise in structural, heavy fabrication, and piping, this is your chance to step into a key estimating role with a team that gets things done.

Based at our Salisbury office, you’ll apply your industry knowledge and sharp analytical skills to develop accurate cost estimates, liaise with clients, and contribute to winning major projects. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll be backed by a team that values precision, practicality, and a no-nonsense approach to delivering quality work.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for structural, heavy fabrication, and piping projects.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and scope alignment.
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and risks to enhance project profitability.
• Supporting project handover processes to ensure smooth execution.

What you’ll bring:

• Trade qualification in boilermaking or a related field or Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Experience in estimating for structural steel, heavy fabrication, and piping projects.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Experience in a workshop and site-based estimating environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management processes and cost control strategies.
