M2P Engineering is expanding and seeking talented professionals to join our team for a significant piping and mechanical project in the oil and gas sector in QLD. We’re looking for Construction Managers, Construction Supervisors, QA/QC Inspectors, Welding Inspectors, Surveyors, Project Engineers, and HSE Advisors to help us deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient project outcomes.

About the Project

Our exciting projects involves the construction and installation of piping systems, mechanical components, and structural works essential to the oil and gas industry.

We're looking for;

• Project Managers & Construction Managers
• SMP Superintendents & Supervisors
• QA/QC & Welding Inspectors
• Surveyors
• Project Engineers and Project Controls
• HSE Advisors
• Site Administrators
• Boilermakers & Pipefitters
• Mechanical Fitters
• Riggers, Scaffolders and Crane Operators
• Trades Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your role, you’ll make an impact by:

• Ensuring safe and efficient project execution.
• Compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Providing technical expertise and solutions to overcome project challenges.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in these roles, you will have:

• Relevant qualifications, certifications, and licences for your role (e.g., Cert IV in WHS, trade certifications, or professional engineering credentials).
• As part of the pre-employment screening process, you'll be required to undergo a medical, including drug and alcohol testing, and an Australian National Police Check.
• Construction Industry Card, Working at Heights, EWP and GAT would be preferred.
• Proven experience in piping, mechanical installations, structural works, or related fields on Energy projects.
• A strong commitment to quality, safety, and collaboration within a team environment.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Previous experience working on large-scale oil and gas projects or remote sites.
• Knowledge of project planning tools and methodologies.
• A team-focused attitude with the ability to adapt to dynamic project environments.
