Lycopodium is currently recruiting for an Accounting Officer to join our growing Finance team in Mississauga on a 12 month contract. 

Reporting to the Finance Lead - Americas the Accounting Officer will be responsible for performing the end-to-end accounts receivable and payable processes and associated tasks in a timely and accurate manner for the assigned projects.

The tasks you'll perform

  • Timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Ensure all invoices and payments are issued in line with Company, Client and regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with personnel across all business units.

The expertise you'll bring

  • 3-5 years experience directly related to Accounts Payable and Receivable preferably in a engineering consultancy multinational company
  • College diploma in accounting or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution is an asset.
  • Sound knowledge of sub ledgers
  • Working experience with SAP S4HANA is preferred.
