Reporting to the Senior Study Manager, the Office Administrator, will provide office and project administrative services to the assigned Study / Project by continuously producing quality deliverables and providing high-level office support.

The tasks you'll perform

  • Supporting the Study / Project and other required day-to-day office and Study / Project administrative activities, including word processing, high level of communication with internal and external customers, document control of drawings and documents, consistently working toward achieving accuracy and showing systematic and skilful attention to detail, following project specific and company procedures, work practices and protocols to achieve a high standard of work.
  • Provide office support to include monitoring and actioning incoming and outgoing communications, maintaining appropriate registers.
  • Work collaboratively with personnel across all business units.

The expertise you'll bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Prior experience with document management software, systems and procedures are a distinct advantage but not mandatory prerequisite as training will be provided.
  • Strong Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word) experience and Adobe PDF processing and data entry skills.
  • Experience as an administrator or a similar administrative role will be highly regarded but not compulsory. 
  • Driven and determined to achieve objectives through continued professional development.
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across all business units.
