Lycopodium is seeking a talented and professional HR Officer (Fixed-Term, 3-Month Contract) to join our team in Manila!

The right candidate shall be passionate in managing important documentations with great attention to detail and high regard in safe keeping confidential information. The HR Officer (Fixed-Term, 3-Month Contract) is expected to maintain strong relationships with all colleagues while adhering to company policies and procedures.
The tasks you'll perform
- Manages confidential information relevant to employee lifecycle.
- Accurate filing of all documentations in the company approved system.
- Register and file all documentation in accordance with the company approved procedures.
- Proactively support other team members as required to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Perform any ad-hoc and other administrative tasks that help the People & Culture Team perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
The expertise you'll bring
- University Degree in Human Resources/Psychology or related field.
- Multi-facet experience in Human Resources.
- Min 4 years post graduate relevant experience.
- Experience utilizing HRIS System is beneficial.
