Lycopodium Philippines is currently recruiting for a Project Officer - Rail to join our growing team in Manila. 

The Project Officer – Rail will provide technical support to the Team Leader and will actively contribute to the delivery of Rail Infrastructure Management Service.

The tasks you'll perform

  • Assist in developing project control activities including scheduling, forecasting and other deliverables to a consistently high standard.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports ensuring adherence to the company document control systems and procedures.
  • Assist with the compilation and submission of the project progress reporting requirements.
  • Monitor and control project budgets. Analyse the project financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and prepare detailed financial reports.
  • Operate and maintain the Lycopodium Maintenance Management System (MMS)
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals, customer presentations and business development activities as required.  

The expertise you'll bring

  • Qualification in Project Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in an engineering or maintenance environment.
  • Experience within the rail industry desirable.
  • Strong communication skills.
